2Who each one suits
SyncGaze Mail: low price, billed monthly
Suits small teams that mostly need email and keep under 3 GB each. It includes IMAP on every plan, GST invoices, and help with DNS setup. It has less storage than the others and a smaller set of office apps. See plans.
Zoho Mail: more storage for a little more money
A long-established choice for Indian businesses, with a free plan that has no end date and a large suite of business apps. Mail Lite and Mail Premium are billed yearly. Compare with SyncGaze or read about Zoho Mail pricing.
Google Workspace: for teams that live in Gmail and Docs
The familiar Gmail interface with Drive, Docs and Meet. Base is limited to 20 users. It costs more than email-only services, and you pay for apps you may not use. Compare with SyncGaze.
Microsoft 365: for teams that use Outlook and Teams
A strong fit if your business already runs on Microsoft. Business Basic has web and mobile Office apps, and desktop apps need a higher plan. Compare with SyncGaze.
Rediff: a long-established Indian name
Rediff lists the lowest starting prices here, including 10 GB from ₹43 for MSMEs. Its page doesn't state the billing term or minimum order, so get a quote. Compare with SyncGaze.
Titan: if your host or registrar offers it
Titan is often sold through domain and hosting companies, so the price and terms depend on where you buy. Storage starts at 10 GB. Compare with SyncGaze.
BigRock: if your domain is already there
BigRock sells its own business email and also resells Google Workspace, which can be simple if your domain is already there. Check the current renewal price before you buy. Bought your email from GoDaddy? See how it compares.
3How to choose
- Work out your storage need. Check how much mail one busy person keeps today. The lowest price means little if you outgrow it within a year.
- Check the billing terms. A low monthly price may mean paying for 12 months up front. Also check the renewal price, not only the first-year offer.
- Add GST and count every user. Compare the full cost for your whole team over a year.
- Check your mail apps. Some free plans leave out IMAP, so Outlook and iPhone Mail won't connect.
- Confirm SPF, DKIM and DMARC. You need all three to reach the inbox. Check your domain to see where you stand.
- Plan your exit. Ask how you would move your mail out later, and whether you can do it from your current plan.

4Questions
Which business email is best for a small business in India?
It depends on what you need. For a full office suite, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. For email at a low cost, Zoho Mail Lite or SyncGaze Mail. Compare storage and billing terms as well as the price.
What should business email cost per user in India?
Entry plans we checked in November 2026 run from about ₹23 to ₹270 per month before GST. The higher prices usually include more storage and office apps.
Is free business email worth it?
For a very small team it can be. Check for limits on mail apps, how long the free plan lasts, and what it costs afterwards.
Do I need SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Yes. Gmail and Yahoo expect them from domains that send email, and without them your mail is more likely to land in spam. Confirm that your provider supports all three.
