1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SyncGaze Mail, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2Service Description
SyncGaze Mail provides professional email hosting with custom domains, webmail access, IMAP/SMTP support, calendar, and contacts management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SyncGaze Mail to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, IT Act).
- Distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent material.
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
- Store or transmit illegal content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension.
5Email Sending Limits
Each plan has defined sending limits to protect deliverability for all users. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling. Limits are detailed on your plan's feature page.
6Payments & Billing
- Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) on a monthly basis.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refund requests within 30 days of purchase will be honoured.
7Free Trial & Free Plan
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. The free plan is available indefinitely with limited features and storage.
8Domain & DNS
You must own or have authorisation to use any domain you add to SyncGaze Mail. We will configure DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) on your behalf where possible. You are responsible for maintaining domain ownership.
9Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your emails, contacts, and calendar data. SyncGaze does not read, scan, or analyse your email content for advertising purposes. We will not sell your data to third parties.
10Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data (emails, contacts, calendars) will be permanently removed within 30 days.
12Limitation of Liability
SyncGaze's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
13Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
14Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 15 days before they take effect.
