1What you really need
- A domain name. If you don't have one, buy one from any registrar.
- A mailbox for each person who sends mail. Most small businesses need only one to five.
- A few shared addresses. sales@, accounts@ and info@ can be aliases at no extra cost.
- Phone access. Use the SyncGaze Mail app on Android, or the Mail app on iPhone.
- A proper tax invoice. Every payment comes with a GST invoice that can carry your GSTIN.

4Questions
Do I need technical knowledge to set this up?
No. You copy a few records into your domain provider using our step-by-step guides, or press Set it up for me and our team will do it with you.
Can I keep my current Gmail address too?
Yes. Your personal Gmail is separate and keeps working. Tell customers your new address, and use it for quotes, invoices and suppliers.
How many mailboxes does a small business need?
Often just one per person who sends email. Addresses like sales@ and accounts@ can be aliases that deliver to those mailboxes, and they don't use a seat.
