2Who should switch, and who should not
- Switch if your team mostly uses email and the occasional shared file, and the Workspace bill has grown with each new hire.
- Stay if you rely on Google Meet, Drive and Docs every day across the team; email alone is not the reason you pay for Workspace.
3Switching from Google Workspace
Add your domain and create mailboxes in SyncGaze, import your Gmail mail over IMAP from the dashboard, then change your MX records. Mail keeps arriving in Gmail until the MX change, so nothing is lost. Press Set it up for me on the domains page and our team will do the DNS change with you.
