2What to check
A starting price rarely tells the whole story. Ask any provider, including us:
- Is the price per user, and what is the minimum number of users?
- Do I pay monthly or for a full year? What is the renewal price?
- Do Outlook and iPhone Mail connect over IMAP on this plan?
- Are SPF, DKIM and DMARC supported, and who sets them up?
- Are shared mailboxes and aliases included?
- Can I take my mail with me if I leave?
For SyncGaze, the answers are on the pricing page: per user, no minimum, monthly or yearly by autopay, and IMAP on every Business plan.
3Which one to choose
SyncGaze Mail suits you if
- You want clear public pricing and monthly billing by autopay.
- You want to manage everything yourself in one dashboard, with a free domain check.
- You want someone to do the DNS setup with you.
Rediff may suit you if
- You want the lowest listed starting price.
- You want 10 GB at a low price, and the MSME plan fits your team.
- You prefer buying from a long-established Indian brand.
4Switching from Rediff
- Ask Rediff whether your plan has IMAP access, and for the server details.
- Add your domain in SyncGaze and create your mailboxes.
- In the dashboard, open a mailbox, press Migrate and choose the option for another IMAP host.
- Change your MX, SPF and DKIM records when the copy is done.

5Questions
Is Rediff business email cheaper than SyncGaze Mail?
At the lowest listed price, yes. Rediff lists email for startups from ₹23 per month with 1 GB, and SyncGaze Business Starter is ₹29 per user per month with 3 GB. Rediff also lists 10 GB from ₹43 for MSMEs. Confirm what each price covers with Rediff.
Is this the same as a free Rediffmail account?
No. This page compares Rediff's paid business email with SyncGaze Mail. A free address ending in rediffmail.com is not on your own domain.
Can I move my mail from Rediff to SyncGaze?
If your Rediff plan gives you IMAP access, the Migrate tool can copy your mail. Ask Rediff to confirm IMAP on your plan before you start.
