SyncGaze Mail for Android

1How to install

1. On your Android phone, tap Download for Android above. If your browser asks, choose Download anyway.
2. Open the downloaded file. The first time, Android asks to allow installing apps from your browser: tap Settings, switch it on, and go back.
3. Tap Install. If Google Play Protect says the app is unknown, tap More details → Install anyway. This appears only because the app isn't on the Play Store yet.
4. Open SyncGaze Mail, sign in with your SyncGaze address, and allow notifications so new mail can reach you.

2What you get

• New-mail alerts at the top of the screen and on the lock screen, with the SyncGaze chime.
• Read, reply, search, labels and attachments for all your SyncGaze accounts, personal and business.
• Verification codes shown right in the notification, with a Copy code button.
• Sign in with your phone: approve a website sign-in with one tap instead of typing a code.

3What's new in 1.0.13

• New mail pops up at the top and on the lock screen with the SyncGaze chime
• Mail settings: Appearance (Light, Dark or same as phone) and Notification sound on/off
• With several accounts, notifications say which account and open it
• Dark mode: plain emails no longer show as a white box
• Fixed: update check now runs when you come back to the app

4Updates

The app keeps itself up to date: when a new version is out, you get a notification and a banner in the inbox. Tap it, then confirm Install. Your mail and accounts stay as they are.
